- 04Orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 days after your purchase. This excludes weekends and holidays, in which case delivery will be scheduled for Monday or the next business day. The approximate delivery window is between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. To ensure successful delivery, it is necessary to correctly register all delivery address details, contact phone numbers, the name of the person who would receive the product, and address references to facilitate delivery.
- 05Orders to provinces are delivered in an average of 3 to 6 business days, starting from the day after payment is made. Once your order is placed, we will contact you with a message containing the tracking number and proof of payment from the logistics provider. We work with Olva Courier. To ensure successful delivery, it is necessary to correctly register all delivery address details, contact phone numbers, the name and ID of the person who would receive the product, and address references to facilitate delivery.
- 061. Products can be exchanged or returned within 3 days of purchase. 2. We will accept exchanges or returns as long as the product is in perfect condition. It cannot have been used, dirty, or damaged. 3. If the product arrived with any defects or manufacturing flaws, please take a photo and send it to us as soon as you receive the product so we can help you with the problem. 4. Discounted products may be exchanged for another of the same value or, if necessary, the customer must assume the difference for the exchange. 5. Any changes are subject to stock availability. 6. In case of exchange, we will collect the product, once received, we will proceed to check it and then send you your new product.
